CONSULTATION
Boot Team Realty are full service realtors®. We enjoy meeting with sellers upfront to hear their expectations and lay out our services. During this time, we will refer you to a lender, if you haven't already been prequalified with someone. This is an important moment to get to know each other; allowing us to get in touch with who you are and how we can serve you best!
PRE-INSPECTION
Once the expectations are set, we like to get right to business. We will come out to your home with our Home Enhancement Checklist to discuss ways to make your house stand out! We want you to get top dollar for your home and we have all the tools to do so.
MARKETING PLAN
Now that we've seen your home and all its best features, we devise a marketing plan to get your house in front of as many buyers as we can. We provide our sellers with professional photos of their house which will be used in all market material. Our MLS will sync with top sites, such as; Realtor.com and Zillow. We also design and post paid Facebook ads and send out "Just Listed" postcards to your immediate surround area.
PRICING
Pricing can be a touchy subject when it comes to selling a home, but with Boot Team Realty you can be confident that your house will be priced to its highest potential to attract and retain interested buyers. We understand there is a delicate balance to days on market and asking price.
LIST
Now that all the housekeeping to prepare your home has been checked off, we will list you house. We will continuing to market throughout the process. Once we receive an offer, we put our negotiating skill on display to work for you!
