Once the expectations are set, we like to get right to business. We will come out to your home with our Home Enhancement Checklist to discuss ways to make your house stand out! We want you to get top dollar for your home and we have all the tools to do so.

House Viewing

MARKETING PLAN

Now that we've seen your home and all its best features, we devise a marketing plan to get your house in front of as many buyers as we can. We provide our sellers with professional photos of their house which will be used in all market material. Our MLS will sync with top sites, such as; Realtor.com and Zillow. We also design and post paid Facebook ads and send out "Just Listed" postcards to your immediate surround area.
